Keynes and Kearns: Am I a Liberal?

The SLF is launching a new book - Keynes and Kearns: Am I a Liberal?

The book contains two essays. The first may be well known to you. It is the essay that the great Liberal economist John Maynard Keynes produced following an address to the Liberal Summer School in 1925.

Alongside Keynes we are publishing a new companion essay by Ian Kearns. Although separated by almost a century it is remarkable how similar the themes are. Keynes ask: What is the real repulsion that keeps me away from Labour?
