Six years after the Alderdice Review told the party what it had to do to become more racially diverse, and four years after the Thornhill Review insisted that the party fulfil Alderdice, the Lib Dems still do not reflect our society. LDCRE commissioned a “where are we now“ review by eminent journalist and race equality professional Janice Turner, launched today.
