The 8th edition of the Open City Documentary Festival will be taking place across London from September 4th - 9th this year. We've been contacted by the organisers to let us know about a few films that they think will be of particular interest to SLF supporters.

Kinshasa Makambo - 8.30pm Friday 7th September

Dieudo Hamadi's non-fiction film follows three men at the heard of the resistance when Joseph Kabila, President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, refuses to relinquish power at the end of his second term. Golden Dawn Girls - 3.15pm Saturday 8th September
